Degreasing cotton gauze is widely used in the medical industry. It is mainly used to protect the wounds of patients. First of all, in the selection of raw materials, clean absorbent cotton is used. Degreasing cotton refers to the cotton which has been chemically treated to remove fat. It is easier to absorb liquid than ordinary cotton. It is also used to make nitrocellulose. It is made of raw cotton by removing inclusions, degreasing, bleaching, washing, drying and finishing.

The absorbent cotton should be odorless, tasteless and colorless, and has good water absorption. The fiber should be soft and slender, white and elastic, easy to layer, and free of acid, alkali and other harmful impurities. Its quality should meet the technical standards formulated by the Ministry of health.

The production method of degreasing cotton yarn cloth block is to select high-quality absorbent cotton, inject it with special solvent, heat it in boiling water, then cool it for washing, and then place it in a clean place to dry it for disinfection and sterilization, so as to ensure that the quality is qualified before leaving the factory.
